Our staff share a strong desire to serve our customers and a commitment to the continuous development of their professional skills. Our team of care professionals works in a wide range of roles in food preparation, cleaning and customer service in schools and daycare centers, hospitals and health centres, swimming pools, and careand residential care facilities. We also have staff working in various roles within product design, product development, finance, ICT, HR and communications. Our skilled staff are our most important asset. We strive to continuously improve our expertise through training and to promote well-being at work by influencing working conditions and ensuring smooth cooperation.
Employee benefits
Free lunch
Service production staff are entitled to a free lunch and a cup of coffee from Voimia’s own production every working day. The lunch menu is the same as that served to customers on any given day.
Epassi
Pirkanmaan Voimia supports the wellbeing of its staff through the ePassi benefit, which includes benefits for exercise, culture, massage, dental care and healthcare. The value of the benefit is 120 € per year.
Comprehensive occupational health
Pirkanmaan Voimia offers its staff a comprehensive occupational health service, which includes access to a doctor, a physiotherapist and a psychologist.
Insurance Fund
Employees of Pirkanmaan Voimia are members of the Tampere City Group’s insurance fund. The insurance fund provides benefits that cover either part or all of the costs of health and wellbeing services.
Employee travel pass
Pirkanmaan Voimia offers its staff a discount towards public transport tickets. The discount can be used for both commuting and leisure travel.
Holidays and pay
One benefit highly valued by our employees is the generous annual leave entitlement, which for those with extensive work experience can be as much as over 7 weeks a year. We follow a remuneration system based on the YTES collective agreement. Salary consists of a basic salary and an experience-based allowance (up to 10%).
