To us, a customer is not just a statistic or a user, but a person with their own needs and wishes. Every piece of feedback is a valuable message to us about what works in everyday life and what we could do better. You can provide feedback and suggestions for improvement in many ways: by pressing a button at the school canteen or swimming pool, via a form on our website, or by responding to customer surveys. Every message is logged in our system, reviewed by our teams and, where necessary, implemented as a change. If you leave your contact details, you will receive a personal reply from us. We use
your feedback to make concrete changes, for example in menu planning, refining recipes, cleaning schedules, product development or quality assurance. Your feedback doesn’t just go on a whim – it leads straight to improvements!
