Domestic food
Voimia tracks the proportion of food purchased that originates in Finland. This is known as the domestic content ratio. Our domestic content rate is 78.6%, meaning that about three out of every four food items we purchased were domestically produced.
The domestic content ratio is calculated based on all food products purchased by Voimia. Voimia also purchases foreign products (such as bananas, coffee or spices) to ensure a diverse range of products.
We update the domestic content figures on a quarterly basis.
