Ethical principles

Voimian’s ethical principles guide the actions of every Voimian employee – whether in management or in day-to-day service delivery, in major strategic decisions or in minor choices. They apply to all situations, regardless of who we are dealing with or the circumstances in which we operate.

Ethical principles are more than just compliance with laws and regulations – they lay the foundation for trust, accountability and performance. They define what is acceptable and what is not in our operations, and ensure the quality and values underpinning our services.

We expect our partners to share these principles with us, where applicable.
