How did we manage it?
We monitor customer satisfaction in a variety of ways: through customer satisfaction surveys, customer feedback boxes and daily feedback via our website. Our customers’ satisfaction, monitoring their feedback, and using it to drive improvement are of paramount importance to us.
If a customer has included their contact details and a request for a reply in their feedback, we will respond to it. All feedback is reviewed regularly and used to inform improvements in areas such as menu planning, product development or quality assurance. Thank you for your feedback!
How to read customer feedback statistics
The content of the report below consists of daily feedback collected via customer feedback devices. The report covers the last 12 months on a rolling basis and is updated once a month. From the menu at the top right of the report, you can view the statistics on a monthly basis. You can also select to view data for multiple months.
To view the report in full screen, click the double-headed arrow in the bottom-right corner of the report.
